Returns and Exchanges
We understand that sometimes a product may not be quite right, and we are committed to providing you with a hassle-free return experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.
Order cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. For cancellations after 24 hours but before shipment, a 20% cancellation fee applies. We do not accept cancellation requests for shipped orders.
Return and Exchange Requirements
We have different guidelines depending on the circumstances of your return or exchange. Here's what you need to know:

Product Condition: To process your return or exchange, the returned products must be in their original condition, including being unworn, unwashed, and with all the original tags attached. Additionally, the items should be returned in their original packaging. We reserve the right to reject return applications if these requirements are not met. To assist with your return request, we kindly ask you to provide clear photographs or videos of the product showing its condition.

Gift Returns: If your original order included a gift item, please ensure that it is returned along with the purchased item. Failure to return the gift may result in a deduction from the refund amount.
Refunds
Once we receive your return and it is approved, we will process your refund within 5 working days. The refunded amount will be returned using the original payment method. However, please keep in mind that the processing time of the issuing card or payment provider may vary. It may take up to 10 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account. For specific details regarding the refund processing time, we recommend contacting your issuing bank or payment provider.
Non-Returnable Products
While we strive to accommodate returns and exchanges for most items, there are a few exceptions. The following products cannot be returned or exchanged:
